Born and raised in the beautiful countryside of Wales, my life path was a conventional one, interspersed with bouts of depression and anxiety. As I grew older, and began to hit all the ‘milestones’ of success, I couldn't shake the sense that something didn't feel quite right. I had a gnawing feeling of dissatisfaction and sadness that I couldn't make sense of.

Spurred on by a deep desire to understand my own inner workings, I entered into personal therapy.

Shortly after, I chose to give up my career in international marketing to re-train in therapeutic counselling, and later, psycho-spiritual psychotherapy. Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique challenges as they navigate their path toward healing and self-understanding.

Alongside, I have also remained committed to my own inner work and have found myself on the spiritual path of devotion, or, put more simply, the path of the heart.

​

Though the path has been challenging, it’s been filled with profound gifts that have transformed my life in ways I could never have imagined. More than anything, it’s led me back to a truer, deeper part of myself I thought was lost.

Three years ago, I relocated to Bali, where I now live with my 4 children, 3 cats and 2 dogs.
